Our Covid19 measures

We are very happy to be open for patients in clinic and have implemented our covid19 protocols to protect staff, patients and visitors. Here’s what to expect and how you can help.

We will be wearing PPE and adhering to strict infection control measures. Staff will be washing hands/arms between each patient. We will bring you straight to your treatment room at the time of your appointment.

Staff temperatures are taken daily in addition to each patient that enters the clinic. We will take your history/perform your examination with social distancing measures or over the phone/video.

Close contact time will be kept to under 15 minutes. Payment will be made by card in the clinic or by phone or prepaid online.

What we ask you to do

Book online, choosing a consultation via a video link or in clinic.  If you feel unwell or have been in contact with a suspected case of Covid 19, do not attend the clinic. For anyone who is cocooning or unwell we recommend an online consultation.

You will receive an appointment confirmation email and text from Cliniko. Click the ‘Join Appointment’ link 5 minutes before your appointment and wait in our “virtual waiting room”.

If you're appointment is in the clinic, check in at reception and then we will ask you to go downstairs to the treatment room. We will give you a mask and ask you to sanitise your hands and take your temperature.
